Originally from Puebla, Mexico, Laura earned her degree in Management and Development of Organizations from Universidad Madero in 2020 and relocated to Florida to continue building her career.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, Laura has more than five years of experience in customer service, administrative operations, and team coordination. Her background in organizational leadership allows her to manage firm logistics with both precision and warmth, ensuring that clients and staff alike are supported throughout the legal process.

Laura approaches every interaction with kindness, honesty, and respect—values she believes are essential to building trust in any setting, especially during sensitive life transitions.
